Q?Are visits with the residents encouraged and welcomed at any time?

Visitation hours are posted and covered during orientation process. However, this is the residents’ home, and we encourage visitation and will work to accommodate special events and needs.

Q?Does the residence have furnished or unfurnished rooms?
A.

Our rooms are furnished, yet residents are welcomed to bring furniture or items that will make Sweet Home feel more like home for them. All items must be approved prior to move in.

Q?Is the administrator, or appropriate staff person, generally available to answer questions or discuss problems, and would one be comfortable dealing with them on a daily basis?
A.

Yes, our administrator is always available for questions or concerns; your loved ones’ needs are on red alert at Sweet Home.

Q?Does the assessment process include the resident, family, facility staff, along with the physician?
A.

Yes, our assessment includes the resident, family, facility staff and physician or other health care professionals in order to provide the quality of care our developed individuals need.

Q?Are single units available and/or double occupancy units for sharing with another person?
A.

There are single and double rooms available.
