Who Does Sweet Home Cater To?

Elders who are physically challenged
Elders who are confused and/or forgetful
Elders who are in need of special assistance and social interaction
Elders confined to a wheelchair/walker
Sweet Home Adult Day Care is open from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Extended time can be arranged with Sweet Home staff.
Fees are based on daily attendance, allowing flexibility to meet all needs.
Transportation can be arranged to and from our facility by handicapped accessible vans.
Transportation can be arranged from our facility to outside appointments.
All transportation arrangements are independent fees.

Sweet Home Adult Day Care provides a home like atmosphere for developed individuals needing support and the company of friends during the day.

Help adults who have impairments maintain and improve their level of functioning
Offer participants the opportunity to socialize, enjoy and meet new peers
Provide health screening and social support in a stimulating environment
Promote independence
Provide assistance, respite, and support for developed adults who cannot be left alone during the day
Help seniors continue in mainstream society
